Inskip Point Crossing Painting

Those who love Rainbow Beach and Fraser Island will be familiar with this location. This is where the ferry crosses from Inskip Point across to Fraser Island. It is inspired from a time my wife and I were there … it was baking hot and we were just cooling off in the water watching the ferry go back and forward. This painting is heading in more of an abstract style and you will see this in the brush work and the lack of details. In this video I talk about the painting:
